Shipping

• We offer free shipping on all orders above €50 within Europe
• For all other countries, please find the shipping fees and delivery time below.
• For orders outside the EU the VAT will be excluded. 
• All US orders will be shipped with Fedex. 

Return order

To return an order, you can easily register a return and request your shipping label via our returns portal. Here you can keep track of the status and tracking of your return.

Here you can find our return conditions:

• Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product has to be in the undamaged original packaging and packed in a shipping box or shipping bag.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchange order

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item directly. To receive the desired item, you can place a new order and return the others to us.
